Quinoa Tabbouleh

I made this last Sunday! Quite easy to prepare, as this dish is pretty much raw. The only ingredient that needed to be cooked was the quinoa. I used leek (half a bunch) instead of green onion, since that was what we had, and cilantro in place of parsley - because we love cilantro! The taste was tangy and refreshing due to the lemon juice.

Philippine residents - if you’re wondering where to find quinoa, I get mine at Healthy Options. I buy my sea salt from there too.

    Mmm… it looks soooo delicious!! Do you have the recipe?? I think I want to try it! if it’s raw, it’s probably more healthier for you!! heheh
