Read a Book a Week: February

Since January of this year I have been reading (an average of) one book per week. Here is the list for last month:

  • The Reunion by Ljane Smith
  • The Magician’s Nephew by C. S. Lewis
  • The New Becoming Vegetarian* by Vesanto Melina and Brenda Davis
  • The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe by C. S. Lewis
  • The Horse and His Boy by C. S. Lewis
  • Prince Caspian* by C. S. Lewis

*Not yet done reading.

Yep, I’m currently going through The Chronicles of Narnia. I bought the collector’s edition box set a while ago but have only read the first two books before I left the whole thing to collect dust in a corner of my room. Tsk.

Hey, I’ve been doing the same thing. My goal for 2008 is to be able to finish 52 books. And, I’m not doing so well.

The books that I have finished:
    - Neverwhere by Neil Gaiman *
    - Golem’s Eye by Jonathan Stroud *
    - Ptolemy’s Gate by Jonathan Stroud *
    - Things Fall Apart by Chinua Achebe *
    - The Foundation by Isaac Asimov *
    - Spiderwick Vol. 1
    - Spiderwick Vol. 2
    - Odyssey
    - A Scanner Darkly by Philip K. Dick

Oh, and everything marked with an asterisk have been reviewed. Apparently I am quite a few books behind. Haha

And I’m now behind, and reading Ulysses by James Joyce.

Oh, and about Narnia, I’ve only read books 1 and 2 so far.
